How Does Delivery Work?
Once your order is confirmed in our system, each product goes through a detailed quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.
After passing the final check, items are carefully packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to your given address at the earliest possible time. If they face any issue with your location or timing, they will reach out to you directly to arrange a suitable solution.
To ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and protection against tampering, Tip Top Mart Ltd. follows a strict “sealed box delivery” policy.
Packaging of Products
All items are packed securely in durable cardboard boxes along with the invoice.
Each product is packed individually, and fragile items (such as bottles or glass containers) are secured with bubble wrap for extra protection.
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka City: 60 Taka
Side of Dhaka City: 100 Taka. 
Outside of Dhaka: 120 BDT
Estimated Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 24 hours / 1 business day.
Side of Dhaka City: 2 Business days.
Outside Dhaka: 3 business days.
